This is the first week we've worked on the flip house and it feels like a dream come true. I've wanted to buy a house to renovate for probably 10 years at this point. Now it's finally happening! We are going to be doing most of the work ourselves (all of it if we can help it). We have a tight budget to work with so being resourceful is very important. It already started off like a roller coaster so it can only get better and better from here.
