Naturally aspirated engines have long been an archaism; over the past decade, they've practically ceased to be produced, even for gasoline-powered cars. After all, creating a high-performance naturally aspirated engine is an art in itself!
And Honda was one of the last companies to enter the turbo era! Why? All for the simple reason that their naturally aspirated engines were arguably the most productive in the entire world of civilian automobiles! No one else could come close to the 120 horsepower per liter of displacement found in the Honda S2000!
