Each time I tried my Rust (WEP, UFC) the results had a wide range (calculated: 2.9 to 5.8k, results: 4.1k to 4.2k) so I don't think its reliable. A perfect Rust (WEP, UFC, UFS would score an expected 3.1k - 6.1k, probably around 4.8k)
There was an alternate rotation suggested by Zander involving using Primer + Sabatons + Combo Gunner. It is easier on TP but possible the overall damage would be less.
