How to install PhantomJS on Windows machine.

In this video we're going to look at how to install PhantomJS. I'm using Windows 8. So depending on what system your on there may be some differences. And there's basically 3 steps, first you download the files, then you edit your PATH variable and then you install phantomjs globally.
You'll want to navigate over to phantomjs.org. Then click this download button. So go ahead and click to download whatever link suits your system. Since I'm on Windows I'll download this link at the top. The currently latest version of PhantomJS is 2.1.1 which is what we'll be using.
