Split Water Tutorial (Part 3)
In this tutorial Split Water Tutorial (Part 3 ) I have decided to do the sun rays that pernitrates the water
In this tutorial I have used the Image from my CMD Fantasy Mermaid Realm 1 5 page set that I drew for #MerMaymadness the page is called Vanora
The paper that I have used is Strathmore toned grey
the colour pencils that I have used is Prismacolor Premier Pencils and these are the colours:

PC992-Light Aqua
PC1101-Denim Blue
PC1087-Powder Blue
PC1079-Blue Violet Lake
PC289- Light Grey Green Light
PC906-Copenhagen Blue
PC905-Aquamarine
