Assassin's Creed: Syndicate - [GTX 960 / i5 4460] 1080p Ultra/High Settings
Welcome to Assassin's Creed Syndicate Benchmark!
First, I want to say sorry if this benchmark is "poor" of content. I tried to record different part of the game, but this game fucked my Shadowplay (AC Unity did it too), when I play I don't have problem, but when I tried to see the video I saw crazy lag. So I recorded just areas where shadowplay didn't lag (Shadowplay lag, AC run smooth). The game run very well in free roam, you can trust me (if you want), average 35/40 fps (with manual overclock).
AC Syndicate has a better optimization than Unity but, honestly, this game need to be patched, sometime run good and sometime not (like Unity before patch), when run bad you can lose till to 10 fps, it's insane. I tried to play same part of gameplay with different settings, and I saw the game sometime run better with higher settings than lower settings (this is the proof that isn't GPU problem). So, I tested this game for two days and I wanted to set this settings, until the game get patched. If you want you can set environment quality on Ultra, I setted it on high because I had problem with shadowplay.

OVERCLOCK IS DANGEROUS, IT CAN DAMAGE YOUR HARDWARE, SO BE CAREFUL.
I have overcloked the MSI GTX 960 to 1530Mhz (Right now that is my limit)
I have overclocked the memory too, but is just a test, 'cause I'm looking for the best stable overclock for the memory (when I have problem, I lower the memory mhz).
It is not so important overlock the memory, but it could help sometimes, I think. The Core Clock make the difference.
