The Pharmaworks TF1 Blister Machine is a cost-effective blister packaging machine designed for low-volume production, small-batch manufacturing, and contract packaging operations. With production speeds up to 40 CPM, a 90 mm x 165 mm usable forming area, and up to 25 mm forming depth, the TF1 provides flexible blister packaging capabilities for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical device, animal health, and consumer product applications.
Built with simplicity in mind, the TF1 requires minimal training and maintenance while supporting thermoforming, optional cold forming, integrated product feeding systems, and printer integration across the Pharmaworks TF1 family of blister packaging equipment.
