How To Make High Frequency 230V Inverter ][ 25khz ][adjustable duty cycle
Arduino Nano can make high frequency pwm signal to drive mosfit with any struggle .25khz pwm signal out is ok but voltage is 2.5 to 3v ,why because two signal is produced to drive half bridge mosfit so 1024/2=512 ,if we reduce the dead time then maximum 500 , 1024=5v then 512= 2.5v that is the mosfit drive voltage so select suitable mosfit it's gate voltage range under 4 volt . it is simple and easy to make , no other components ,easy to program
