Hello My Name is Dr. Gareth Williams. In this video I will be discussing the importance of interdental brushes. Interdental brushes rid of pieces of food and plaque from between your teeth. They have small bristled heads designed to clean between your teeth, and they come in different widths to suit the sizes of the gaps. Although these brushes my feel strange they are one of the leading defenses of gum disease, bad breath, and decay between teeth. Using these interdental brushes is very important and could save your teeth!
