Follow two friends Tessa Treadway and Izzy Lynch as they rally their children through the seasons from valley bottom bike trails, to high alpine hikes and down snowy slopes, seeking adventure and healing through loss, life-changing events, and new beginnings.
Through this series you’ll get a glimpse into the realities of “adventure parenting” from long drives and logging road diaper changes, to the importance of ice cream bribes and enlisting the help of their community, the logistics it takes to get an hour to themselves and the benefits of camping with kids, even if it’s just in the backyard.
There are twists, turns, and an absurd amount of gear. This is the Motherload.
