In March this year I attended the Tony Robbins event “Unleash Power Within”. On the first day of that event we all had to break a board.
This sounded scary and before the event I spent a lot of time watching videos of other people breaking boards. Soon I realized it was the speed, not the strength that mattered. So all I had to do was not to hold back in fear.
When the time came, I broke my board so quickly and so painlessly that I did not even fully process what had happened. I felt euphoric because I did something I was not sure I could do. This made me feel unstoppable.
