This Google Autocomplete video teaches you what crowd source sites are and why they rarely work to fix negative suggestions in Google. My theory is all crowd source sites leave a footprint that is easily detected and therefore searches by people on those sites do not count. When searches don't count, your autocomplete suggestions will not change.

IMPORTANT: Before you hire any reputation management firm to fix your Google Autocomplete problem, I strongly recommend you ask them point blank: "How are you going to create search activity?" I can tell you from experience that most campaigns that create search activity using computerized bots, proxies/IP switching, or crowd source sites will fail.
