Tom Garr is a Lecturer of Economics here at KSU. Prior to his time at KSU, Garr served time at Goodyear Tire, Frito Lay, The First Boston Corporation, Salomon Brothers, and Mastholm Asset Management. Garr holds degrees from Cornell University and The University of Dallas.
