This is alchemical art, something I'm trying.
I've personally been faced with a lot of my own shadow lately and have been cultivating ways to turn such perceived darkness into an optimistic outlook. This is what alchemy is to me. It's the transmutation of the dark into the light. Turning our limiting believes, our traumas, our pain into the the very things that fuel us. That provide the necessary contrast for us to love our life. To find meaning and inspiration and strength in the hardships we face. To free ourselves with our goodwill.

I felt inspired to cast what's known as a Violet Flame after hearing many personal and vulnerable shares from the lovely souls in @activationvibration 's Activation Academy group. The Violet Flame is a high frequency light that you can use to change your life and the world around you. The Violet Flame dissolves negative energy and restores it to positive energy.

I've used the Lotus Mudra, a yogic hand gesture that represents the opening of the heart. The lotus flower itself is a sacred symbol of rebirth and resurrection.

I've also used an Amethyst stone. Which represents the crown chakra. For consciousness, unity, spirituality and oneness. This is a special stone, one of several I took with me to Turkey on a recent trip. It has been charged in the ancient ruins of Göbekli Tepe and the surrounding regions. I look forward to having these crafted into jewelry pieces in future.

And was touched by this quote she read from Terence McKenna. I wanted to include this audio clip. It feels poignant to me. It is optimism about the future that keeps us going. And love in spite of hate or fear.
