House Flipper - Part 1 - Our first Job
Hey everyone and welcome to a new series of House Flippers. I am excited to look at this game and explore what goes into flipping a house.
We start off in our very own home, it is only small and definitely needs a clean before we can start working out. This gives us a good understanding of some of the tools we have unlocked to use. We check our emails and we have a job offer, we arrive at the house and begin to clean. The first house that we need to clean is filled with trash that we need to throw out. It also has dirt all over the walls that need cleaning.
The next house we get called to needs our help installing some new radiators and a sink within the home. It is so interesting to be able to learn about how these pieces of equipment are installed. We even have to tighten the screws into the wall.
Whilst doing these tasks we gain points to level up our abilities. These abilities make us much better at the job we are doing. There are a few different skills for us to unlock and even different skills for different tools.
The game is so relaxing to play and even gives us the creative freedom to decorate the rooms how we would like. Once we have saved enough money we will look at buying out own house and reselling it for bigger profits.
