[Super Mario Bros. 35 (v1.0.2)] Trampoline Curiosities (Low-Gravity Jump glitch)
Did you know that if you grab a power-up item that makes it possible to do a mid-air jump after jumping on the trampoline object actually causes the player to put in a strange low-gravity jump state?? Let's say you're small, jump off the trampoline, grab Super Mushroom, jump. Can also work with Fire Flower but only if you're in Super-state.
However, this low-gravity jump glitch gets canceled if landing on any solid block, or by stomping an enemy (it's rather difficult to tell this one from the video).
This means that you technically can pull off some rather unique movement and moments, and even can make use of it in custom made levels!
And in the last part of the video, you also can get this low-gravity jump glitch by bumping in a block. It's, rather weird, but very interesting!
