In this episode, we were at the Sturgeon Fish Facilities of the State Fisheries in Trabzon Yenice Village. Since the sturgeons are on the verge of extinction, the species of these fish is under protection in this Sturgeon Fish Facility. The vast majority of caviar production in the world is obtained from these sturgeons. In addition, the caviar obtained from sturgeons is one of the most valuable and expensive caviars in the world.
I caught a sturgeon that was close to 1.5 meters in length in this facility. I tried to introduce sturgeons to you in this video. I hope you like it.
