This video shows the true nature of these people in uniform. This is clear abuse of power, which is punishable by law. These were Lieutenant Stanislav Sergeevich Savchenko (77-0626) and Captain Andrey Vyacheslavovich Rosinsky (77-0614) of the Moscow South-Eastern Administrative District Traffic Police.
