Hi fam! Today I wanted to address the toxic spiritual healing claims that I have seen and heard around the spiritual, new age community. I will be continuing this series of videos talking about toxic spirituality and toxic new age claims because I think that as someone who is sharing about these healing modalities online, it is my responsibility to make it super clear that I am not a licensed professional, these practices aren't going to cure you and the problems you may be facing and also that you should take what everyone in this community is recommending with a grain of salt. A spiritual JOURNEY is what it sounds like, a life long journey of healing. And everyone's journey is going to look different and require a different level of care and support.
