Ru'ya career fair
EGA offered jobs to more than 150 young UAE Nationals at Ru’ya Careers UAE. More than 200 interviews were conducted during the three-day event. Most of the recruits are joining EGA’s long-running National Training and Graduate Training programmes. During the career fair, EGA signed a collaboration agreement with the UAE chapter of global technical professional association, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, to support Emiratisation and gender diversity in the industrial sector.

وفرت شركة الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم أكثر من 150 فرصة عمل للمواطنين في معرض رؤية للوظائف. وقامت الشركة بإجراء أكثر من 200 مقابلة خلال المعرض الذي استمر لمدة ثلاثة أيام. ومن المتوقع انضمام أغلبية الموظفين الجدد إلى وظائف في برامج التدريب الوطنية وبرامج تدريب الخريجين التابعة للشركة.
وقعت الإمارات العالمية للألمنيوم خلال المعرض، اتفاقية تعاون مع جمعية مهندسي الكهرباء والإلكترونيات، فرع دولة الإمارات بهدف دعم التوطين والتنوع بين الجنسين في القطاع الصناعي.
