The secret to making khachapuri is good cheese and the right dough. I always use two recipes: one with yeast dough and water, and the other with kefir dough. Today I'll share with you the quickest recipe possible, and I hope you'll love it as much as I do. You can never have too much of khachapuri!

INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
200 ml kefir (2.5%)
1 egg
1/3 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
20 ml vegetable oil
400-430 g flour
Filling:
220 g suluguni cheese
1 egg
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
For greasing:
50 g butter

Fry in a dry frying pan under a closed lid over low heat.
