The Eleos Escape explained a little more. I know in the video the Eleos escaped maybe a little confusing but the short explanation is that you get a cake and a pressure plate then you break the blocks beneath your respawn. Drop those 2 items in the place under your respawn then die and respawn when the chunks are unloaded. Then move the boat to a place where you can stand on it and grab the items then fall into the lava and then obstruct your bed with the cake.
