Start at Whittlesey Road, Thorney and walk to the Nene Park and Ferry Meadows in Peterborough.
From Thorney Abbey down to Prior's Fen, across towards Flag Fen, down to the River Nene, through Hill's Yard, passing the old Bathing Place, checking out the legendary Electricity Cut before passing the old abandoned Nene Meander, the odd 9th Legion Roman Fortress and finishing in the Nene Park at Ferry Meadows !
