Alright, somethings dropped here were reactions so here are some corrections:
Mercury in Capricorn, Pisces, or in Retrograde in a Natal Chart isn't inherently bad. Just more time has to be taken with learning and different methods for learning something may help more than others (even different methods for different topics)
Oli having his Saturn Return soon shocked me. This is the ultimate Saturn transit test. With his North Node Ruler in the 8th along with his Chart Ruler (which is also his Moon's ruler) things may be on a personal level. There may be themes of finding oneself on a deep level and bringing that to the public. The 9th house is about beliefs, exploration, philosophy, and long distance travel. His Saturn test will be here. I personally don't think his NN purpose is to become another person and maybe there will be a realization moment that he can't just be another person.
TRAVEL MAY GO WELL FOR HIM THAT WAS A ROUGH REACTION. TRAVEL MAY ALSO HELP HIM BROADEN HIS HORIZONS HE SHOULD JUST PLAN WELL TO AVOID SKETCHY THINGS WITH TRAVEL! THIS MAY ALSO INDICATE HIM MAKING HUGE MOVES WITH BELIEFS OR LITERALLY MOVING FAR AWAY.
