In 2021 there was a similar situation where it was alleged I performed an "un-safe u-turn" at 11:30pm on an avenue where U-Turns are perfectly legal after which in both situations probable cause is withheld while ops attempted to arrest and acquiesce me into custody knowing I'm a free man and don't have to follow un-lawful orders unless I'm lawfully under arrest.

I tried to deal with matter so I can stopped being harassed by PIGS but they dropped the case and filed it again as a felony in order to extend the amount of time they can prolong their vexatious antics and re-issue un-constitutional warrants lacking an incitement of a grand jury and signed by a real judge, not a commissioner or administrative law judge working in a private non-judicial capacity. That means they are all liable in their personal names. I’m well researched when it comes to these Kangaroo Courts. I can sue them in a civil court based off of the Federal constitutional question.

CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL PIRATES Vegas to L.A. Road Trip Nightmare [Based on a Truly Hypothetic] Story!!!!!!!!!
Have you ever traveled to Las Vegas from Los Angeles or vice versa? I am willing to bet that you have had high and low memories between the two towns. From the entertainment of shows and night life around Las Vegas over to the calm yet exciting beaches of L.A. Those high moments imprinted like a Kodak moment. However, for more of us than you can reckon that highway is paved with major lows and to what avail? A nightmare on XZXYYX ROAD.
Let us be honest, no one is in a rush so much so to get from L.A. to Las Vegas and vice versa that they are willing to jeopardize their own safety. People have families that care about their safety. Anyone legally old and wise enough to operate a motor vehicle in a private capacity surely knows not to race down a high way like an immature child. So my question is how come we allow highway agents to set speed traps for innocent travelers to "incidentally" travel through ultimately to be ticketed-fined-and-extorted via quasi-criminal vehicle codes?
Like pirates, high way pirate patrol agents travel to unincorporated areas with one goal and that is to victimize unsuspecting travelers via notorious keen to how pirates lurk the seas of commerce and set traps to lure unsuspecting sea vessels carrying cargo from port to port.
Imagine this, a lone female traveling back home after a business meeting stopped by CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL and here is how it goes far too often. "SORRy Ma'm" you were traveling way too fast through this dark lifeless valley section of the high way and "I just wanted to stop you and see where you are going in such a rush?"
STOP THESE PIRATES! There is no dialogue needed about where travelers are headed.
Reckless driving is one thing while alleged speeding is another. Yet, we allow agents to legally travel multiples the speed of alleged speeders in order to hand a ticket and fine?
Why is a trap legal? Reckless drivers are normally reported then caught as a result. Innocent travelers should not be targeted via pirate like traps enabling ideas like speed trap quotas.
Ma'm, I'd like you to get out of the car on this dark road and submit to a field test... blah blah blah AND that is a command despite the fact that I must phrase is as a question, ya see, as though it was optional and you could decline and peacefully drive away. Since there are constitutional laws prohibiting such unlawful demands when there is no real crime with, ya know, an injured party. BUT if you refuse I may place you under arrest for suspicion of intoxication behind the wheel.
