New Kids on the Block, also known as NKOTB, is a famous American boy band from Dorchester, Massachusetts. The group includes brothers Jonathan and Jordan Knight, along with Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, and Danny Wood. They became really popular in the late 1980s and early 1990s and have sold over 80 million records all around the world. Many people think they paved the way for other boy bands like Take That, Backstreet Boys, and NSYNC. They won two American Music Awards in 1990 and even performed at the halftime show for Super Bowl XXV in 1991, which was a big deal for a pop music group.
