Horizon BBS-56 Plowfold Book Block Solution
The BBS-56 is designed for short to medium run digital print production environments, producing 4-, 6-, or 8-page glued signatures that can easily be integrated into a Smart Binding System with a BQ-500 perfect binder and HT-1000V three-knife trimmer to accomplish inline roll-to-book production at speeds up to 800 books per hour. Both the BQ-500 and HT-1000V are equipped with thickness calipers and barcode readers for variable thickness and format book production.
