2NE1 - Let It (Remix) [LQ]
CL's 1st Studio Album has finally released, after a 7 year wait! With that, came the surprise that the song, "Let It", was originally intended for a 2NE1 reunion! Sadly, due to her busy schedule, Minzy couldn't record her lines, and therefore, the song was released as a solo song. CL played a short snippet of the version with her other members, Dara and Bom, on her Tik-Tok Live before her album dropped. I, however, was unable to watch the live, so imagine my surprise when I logged onto Twitter after listening to the album to find that this was the case! I had actually suspected that the song was intended for 2NE1 at some point, or at least Bom, as upon hearing it, my first thought was "A Bom feature would be perfect on this". I guess us Blackjackies always know! Coincidentally, this is my favorite new song on the album, even as a solo song. I'm just so happy my first and forever ultimate bias has finally been able to release an album, after so many years of trials. Our queen is forever strong!
I also have some big news for my channel! Despite the fact that she hasn't been able to record her lines, Minzy does make a short appearance in this mix. I figured this was the perfect time to unveil my brand new channel watermark, spoken by Minzy herself! I'm so happy to have a proper watermark, and even more for it to be provided by one of my heroes!
This mix is low quality, due to the fact that the audio of Dara and Bom comes from CL's phone speaker through a video live. I don't know how to properly remove that kind of noise, but I did my best. This should serve until we get the official version (God willing). Let's all hope that the 2NE1 version will be released as an official remix, and possibly even performed at MAMA 2021! Keeping my hopes up for a proper reunion!
