Avoid Disaster: Drainage Layout in Aravalli Hills Train Line
The Project Stretch of Contract Package CTP 14 from Rewari to Dadri is part of Western DFCC Corridor. The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. has awarded the work of Design and Construction (Civil and Structures) of CTP14 Package of Western Dedicated Freight Corridor project from Rewari to Dadri to L&T-S (“Contractor”) (approximately 128 km). The Package CTP14 is at the end of Northern Section from Rewari and runs through the regions of Rewari-Alwar-Mewat-Gurgaon-Palwal-Faridabad-GB Nagar in the states of Haryana, Rajasthan & Uttar Pradesh. This whole section of 128 Km is in detour.
Out of this 128 km, there is a very crucial stretch of around 6.7 km including 1 KM tunnel length (Ch 60+500 km to 66+920 km) termed as Deep cut. The maximum depth of this deep cut structure is Approx. 32m.
