A project in Pune - India aimed to be a Landmark shopping center – one of it’s kind in India accommodating small entrepreneurs in a classic – look and feel of a Bazaar. Nostalgic yet Modern was the brief for designing the Fashion Center. The Tower envisaged to sit on top of the shopping center was briefed to be designed as a signature homes vertically stacked into the skyscraper.
Unitas group believes that 600+ Shops & Food court outlets would create a great customer footfall, which would be great for the shop owners and their business. For the customer, it would offer a wide variety of goods & services at a single location. Both the shop owners and customers can enjoy international amenities with central air conditioning, Escalators.
