Our electronics manufacturing integrates cutting-edge equipment and is operated 7/7 by highly trained professionals. Three SMD lines mount two million components per day at our Sonceboz plant. Each of these lines integrates 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) and 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), pursuing our quest for 0 ppm quality.
Furthermore, we integrate benchmark technologies like «in-situ» electrical testing, through hole component soldering and assembled PCB punching.
By having our electronics assembly in-house, our manufacturing team can be integrated early in the project for a smooth transition into production which reduces time-to-market.
