How to FIX Chrome sad face folder icon, white blank pages,url's,flags and settings!
Google Chrome suddenly doesn't open any web pages, neither the Chrome settings page (chrome://settings/), extensions page (chrome://extensions/), flags page (chrome://flags/) nor any others.
Here is a quick video on the actual cause,how to fix this and how to avoid more Google PC "crapathons".
I'm making this video since I had a heck of a time finding any valid info on this problem. There are also instructions out there that won't fix it but will waste your time.
