IF YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO DANCE “FREEWAY” BUT YOU WANT TO PRACTICE IT, THERE IS A TRAINING VIDEO ON THIS LINK: • FREEWAY - Practice (No lesson)
In early summer 2019, a group of your choreographers from Barcelona, The Youngsters, surprised us with FREEWAY, a fast-paced choreography.
They made it for the song "Cobar Line" by the Australian veteran Lea Kernaghan- The song is lively and, to give it even more speed, The Youngsters filled it in with syncopated steps.
The structure has two parts and three tags. Part A has 48 counts, but the steps covering counts 33 through 48 are the same as the ones you learned in counts 1 to 16.
Part B has only 28 counts, and there is a shorter version, b, consisting of the first 24 counts of B.
The first tag consists of two eight counts' grapevines, one to the right and one to the left. They are both syncopated so that you will do only eight counts.
The second tag is formed by a stomp and four "holds."
Finally, on the third tag, you will have to stomp once and do nothing else in 15 counts. Anyway, to break that long silence, some prefer to give a new stomp in the ninth count, as you will see in the video.
Don't mess with your feet. Learn slowly and gaining speed little by little, and in no time you will be enjoying FREEWAY.

Practice the steps in groups of eight, just as they are shown in the video. It will be a great help to have on hand the step sheet which you will find on http://bit.ly/FreewayEN
Don’t hesitate to ask me if you have any doubt or need any help. Please use the comments on this post for your requests.
I hope you enjoy “FREEWAY.”
