~Boss~
Phase 1: In this phase, Kael'thas introduces to you his Advisers. You fight them one at a time and there's really nothing special about any of them. Some have a fear or a slowing effect but at level 90 you can kill them in just a few hits.
Phase 2: In this phase, you fight the legendary weapons held by the Advisers. You fight them all at the same time but again there's nothing really special to be aware of. Just try to avoid taking a ton of damage.
According to my DBM timers, phase 3 will start 1 minute and 45 seconds after phase 2. You should have some time left after killing all the weapons to pick them up and equip them. While it's highly unlikely that these weapons will have better stats than what you currently have equipped, you will still need the extra uses that they have for phase 4. Most importantly of the weapons are the Infinity Blade and the Staff of Disintegration. Make sure to equip one if you can use daggers or staves!
Phase 3: In this phase, Kael'thas brings his advisers back to life and you fight them all at the same time. They don't have any new abilities but this is where a lot of damage can start to go out and it can be fairly annoying with their various CC abilities.
Phase 4: Once you kill the advisers again, you will finally start to fight Kael'thas himself and he has some pretty annoying mechanics; he can fear, stun, silence, and mind control. If someone in your group equipped the Staff of Disintegration, his annoying mechanics will be reduced to only Mind Control. If someone in your group equipped the Infinity Blade they will be able to break other group members out of mind control by attacking them with it. Burn down Kael'thas between dealing with these mechanics.
Phase 5: Once Kael'thas gets down to 50% health he will move into the final phase. He no longer does mind control here but he will start to do more damage and throw the raid up in the air.
~Solo~
Only phase 3 is really difficult because of the various fear/stun/disorient mechanics that the various advisers have. To mitigate this I tried to place their bodies around the room in phase 1. This prevents them from initially being able to cast their CC abilities on you all at once. While they do catch up to you pretty quickly once they're resurrected, it seems that those few extra seconds made the difference between dying and surviving the phase.
If you can make it past phase 3, you should be able to finish the fight.
