HealthySKWAD, we've been doing many activities from home for over eight months now. Many of us are experiencing difficulties due to this pandemic. Stress has become a mental health issue that has become a part of life due to being at home too much. Relieving stress and finding peace is certainly not easy, but clearing your mind is one way you can try. So, for those of you who are stuck in this situation, try this 5-minute meditation to help you escape stress and find peace. Mindfulness meditation with Body Awareness exercises helps relieve stress by enabling us to become more aware of how our bodies react to external stimuli.
