VGT ACTUATOR CALIBRATION / TESTING
In this short video, we wanted to show how we test and calibrate our Holset VGT Actuators with the Authorized software and tools.
We made this see-through Turbocharger to show our customers the correct displacement of the Variable Geometry in a VGT Turbocharger. A lot of our customers have been told by other turbo repair shops they need to replace their actuators but they never show them any testing or an explanation on why they have to change them, with this tool we can show our customers that the actuator we are offering is in perfect condition and that it is properly calibrated for the application they need it for whether it is Detroit DDCVI, Cummins ISX, Volvo D13, Dodge Ram ETC.
