Those of you who came here because of "Daddy's Toy"? Ya'll need JEEZUS
From an era of time before phones and a buncha screens and electronics - man I sound old...
Anyway, we had video games back then: pong, mario bros, and duck hunt and stuff - it was just before the video game revolution really got into full swing.
But a lot of the time we would go to this mysterious, wonderful place called "outside" and we would play with things like sticks, or rocks, or planes... We would throw things, and hit each other, and get into all sorts of trouble.
Simpler times.
We try to encourage our son to do the same. We go outside and hunt for critters, go for walks and just sat the screens down and spend time as a family from time to time. I think it is important.
Figured some of you guys might enjoy this moment.
