Hosted by Passive House Canada CEO, Chris Ballard, this session features an engaging panel discussion with the leaders from our previous Cold Climate webinars including Marcel Studer of the Econ Group, Paul Hammond of Low Hammond Rowe Architects, Doug Mackie of WCPG Construction and Stuart Fix of ReNü Engineering.
Key points including thermal comfort and indoor air quality, training of the trades, quality assurance, impacts on cost and labour, and the overall long-term benefits of Passive House projects will be discussed within a cold climate context.
In collaboration with Parks Canada, this final session geared to better inform the design community, contractors, engineers, and tradespeople on how to meet design and building standards for new builds seeking to achieve Passive House certification.
