This is how to get a job offer AFTER being rejected in the interview process.
It may not be the exact same job that you interviewed for you, but it is possible to still get a job at that company. Here is an email template you can use to get a job after being rejected:
I just wanted to say thank you to you and the team for taking time to interview me and give me an opportunity to showcase my skills. I really enjoyed learning more about your team and can see that you’ll be successful.
I feel that I would be a strong candidate for a role that requires [list a few of your technical skills, NO SOFT SKILLS] because I’ve been able to accomplish [name a powerful result you had for your company] in my current role.
I truly respect your hiring decision since you know what is best for your team.
If anything with this position changes or if you feel that I would be a better fit for a different role or different level, I’d love to be considered in the future since I’m so excited about joining your company and having an impact.
Thank you again, [Your Name]
