Even if this out of scale it's still wrong, if there's 5 candidates the person in last place cannot tip the person in second place over 50% if there's two candidates with more votes than them, no?
If I'm generous and give the winner 1005 votes the person in second 1004 and then 1003, 1002 and finally 1001 for the BNP, even if ALL the votes for the BNP transferred to the second place party that still can't make them win on their own, that's how much of a fail this is.
