Instagram is the biggest disease of our time.
People create fake worlds out of their desire for likes and approval, and they're also exposed to the fake worlds of others.
Pompousness, vulgarity—you name it.
Instagram and social media addiction negatively impacts mental health. It causes anxiety and depression.
And people can't quit Instagram? They ask questions like, "How do I quit Instagram?" and "How do I quit social media?"
I explained the answers to all of these questions and why I hate Instagram, starting with Instagram's founding story and Kevin Systrom. I explained Instagram culture and the harm it inflicts on society and people.
One of Instagram's biggest problems is reels and vertical content. These make the app extra addictive.
