At the Seoul Press Center on November 23rd 2023, PSCORE organized a global conference focused on the Responsibility to Protect and the human rights situation in North Korea. The event convened a diverse group of experts and activists dedicated to examining the implementation of the Responsibility to Protect framework in the context of North Korea. The conversations emphasized the significance of fostering international collaboration to tackle human rights challenges, raising awareness, and pursuing diplomatic efforts to instigate positive transformations in the region.
