At the Seoul Press Center on November 23rd 2023, PSCORE organized a global conference focused on the Responsibility to Protect and the human rights situation in North Korea. The event convened a diverse group of experts and activists dedicated to examining the implementation of the Responsibility to Protect framework in the context of North Korea.
