Soul Quintessence Farm (ish) - New World
Although this is probably not the quickest method of getting Soul Quintessence, it is very easy, especially if you don't have the Arcana skill to make them yet.
Plus I just thought it was kind of neat that magical deer poop is useful stuff :)
