Enlisted: How To Enable Or Disable Auto Team Swapping, Play As Either (Or One) Faction In A Campaign
Each campaign in Enlisted has two factions facing off against each other - the Axis vs the Allies, which (at the moment) is the Americans or Russians vs the Germans.
By ticking or unticking the "Join Any Team" button in the bottom right of the screen, you can either always play as your chosen army, or fill a slot in whichever side needs filling up to get the game going.
