BEST Fish n Chips I've EVER Had! (Catch and Cook, EASY Homemade!)
Fishing for rockfish and lingcod with @DeadliestKastFishing as we head out ~30 miles West of the Golden Gate Bridge to the Farallon Islands - I ended up making the BEST fish n chips I've EVER had.
Here's the recipe:
Fresh fish
7 tablespoons flour
7 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
Sea salt
Black pepper
1/3 cup of dark beer
1/3 cup of sparkling water
Potatoes
Coconut oil for frying
