Reason for poor gameplay quality.
I'm a Cameroonian residing in Ghana.
Some parts of Africa and 3rd world countries dont have easy access to modern Gaming equipment , so they must be shipped in order to access them, making them really expensive so I game on a laptop my specs would be below, with a ping of about 112ms to 250ms

Intel core i3 7100U @2.40Ghz 2cores
8 Gb DDR4 RAM
1 Tb HDD
Intel HD Graphics 620 @128Mb dedicated
