Taking and making the time for yourself is critical in this era. Find a window of time where you can reconnect with yourself. Breathe, feel into the presence just as it is and let it guide you. The images, sensations, feelings that arise are all welcome. They are mirrors to our soul and allow us to prepare for life, unexpected events, sudden news or anything that would otherwise shake us. Meditation gives us the space to strengthen from a deep place within and allows us time to prepare for unforeseen events.
