Today we will learn how to use keyboard controls and mouse on the timeline

When you create your first timeline you see this popup message about controls you can use.

Let's go throw keyboard arrows first.

Here we have a lot of events on the timeline.

If you need to go left or right simply use left and right arrows.

If you click and hold left or right arrow it will go faster. Let's try it.

You can go up or down the timeline. Just use up and down arrow keys on the keyboard.

If you click and hold up or down key it will go slow, if you have a lot of events above or under timeline click up or down several times.

There is a simple way to highlight several events. You need to Hold Shift and use mouse to choose events. Then you can change color of events or text.

There are 3 ways to zoom in your timeline.
First way is you can simply use this controls. Also you can press and hold it.

Other 2 ways to zoom is you can use touchpad or mouse wheel. If your touchpad supports multitouch you can zoom in with 2 fingers. Alternative is mouse scroll.

You can also incease the size of the timeline using this scale.

Let's see how Left and right mouse buttons function on the timeline.

Single click with Left Mouse Button opens carousel. If you click and hold you can move around the timeline.

Right Mouse Button highlights events. After choosing events you need to use left click.

These are basic controls avaliable for you at Time Graphics. Thanks for watching this tutorial.
