OpenShift 3-Node configuration in the Cloud - unsupported
Here's an example for deploying OpenShift 4 on AWS as a 3-Node cluster where each node is both a Master and Worker. This configuration is supported on-prem, but currently unsupported in the cloud. The advantage to this configuration in the cloud is that you have 3 fewer nodes running, consuming less cloud resources.
