How to Make Your Own Computer Cursor (ANIMATED?) FOR FREE!!!
Tutorial on how you can make your own computer cursors using ICOFX. This works for any windows computer and should also work for MACs but I have never tried it. This software allows you to EASILY make your own icons, static cursors, and animated cursors using ICOFX. Although you do have to purchase the software, there is a free version which I am using here that should work for everything you need to do. Remember to subscribe if you found this helpful!
